Who should attend?
Symposium is open to all Geonetric healthcare clients and their Web teams. We encourage you to bring any team members involved in your online initiatives.
Is there a fee/cost to attend?
The Symposium event is complimentary for our clients and their Web teams. You only pay travel and lodging expenses.
Are meals provided?
Yes. Geonetric will provide all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks) during the conference.
Is there entertainment during the conference?
Of Course! Monday’s soiree with hors d’oeuvres and beverages will be in the Linge Lounge at the historic Theatre Cedar Rapids building. Tuesday night we will cheer on the Cedar Rapids Kernels at Perfect Game Field Stadium! Be ready for peanuts, cracker jacks and much more! Wednesday night is still in the planning – more information to come soon!
How do I get to the Geonetric Symposium location?
Symposium will take place at the new Geonetric headquarters here in Cedar Rapids and transportation will be provided to and from the DoubleTree. If the weather is nice, attendees are welcome to walk to the building.
What should I bring to the Geonetric Symposium?
We will provide most of the materials you need for the Geonetric Symposium. Bring a laptop or tablet, if you’d like, and don’t forget your business cards.
What will the weather be like?
We would love to tell you what the weather will be like, but honestly, we won’t know. Give us a call about a week prior if you’re really curious and we can give you our best bet. Bring a jacket just in case. May could be warm, cold or rainy.
Is there a dress code?
Casual!! Pack your jeans and favorite baseball team apparel (if you would like).
What if I need to cancel my registration for the Geonetric Symposium?
You can cancel your registration to the conference at any time. Please notify Anne Ohrt at 319.221.1667 or anne.ohrt@geonetric.com if you cannot attend. Also, please contact the DoubleTree at 319.731.4444 to cancel your room reservation.
